Real Estate

Me and my bro were sitting in Ferrous Infrastructure when we met this guy and started talking about the property market in Delhi , Gurgaon and Noida....

What I learned is invaluable...Some of which is :-

  • After buying a property in Gurgaon , Delhi or Noida different governments have different stipulation or floor ,of when to build a house on that property. Coclusively we have for delhi government 7 years which is to say that you need to build a house on it in less than 7 years , in Gurgaon its even lesser so even if you buy a land for investment purpose you need to make a house on it . I think its been done in accordance with the house shortages in Delhi and adjoining places and this rule will ensure that atleast people can stay in that property on rent or otherwise..

  • There are still houses available in Delhi in Rohini in the 18 and adjoining sectors , Faridabad has also cut some sectors like Sector-24 for plots and then there are others too...

  • Notorise is a written legal document or tender which says that you have to pay the bearer the amount in that stipulated time and its like a written agreement or a legal tender issued so that you become liabel to pay the bearer the desired amount in that desired time..mostly used in Property documentation

  • When going in for a Loan you need to give collaterals and if you have given your house as one you need to give a POA or the Power of attorney to the Bank as one too...

  • Property rates are not falling its a myth , they are either stable or still rising..
